multi-family transitional housing units, Christian Relief Services of Virginia, an affiliate, owns and operates 40 units scattered throughout Fairfax County, VA, which serve disabled and dually diagnosed
individuals with permanent supportive housing in partnership with Pathway Homes and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services. |

Transitional Housing (various locations)
Christian Relief Services and Christian Relief Services of Virginia, and affiliate, own and operate 102 units scattered throughout
Fairfax County, VA, serving homeless individuals and families with transitional housing and support services since 1993. This resident services program, "Homes for the Homeless" program, operates in
partnership with 13 sponsoring agencies to include local private non-profits, and public agencies providing case management and specialized support services. Christian Relief Services conducts housing counseling,
property maintenance, property management of the sponsoring agencies that work with transitional housing clients to provide direct services that include intensive case management, clinical service, medication
monitoring, psychosocial rehabilitation, vocational services and health care. Of the 102 units above, Christian Relief affiliate AHA, maintains and operates 30 of the units for the Safe Places Residential Program
providing direct case management and family therapy to victims of domestic violence, and runs weekly support groups for women and their children who have fled domestic violence. |
